Vietnam Adventure Itinerary March 2019 DAY 1 Saturday March 16 We depart Australia and fly to Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Saigon) where we will stay for two nights, visiting local markets and getting a feel for the bustling city, famous as the capital of the former South Vietnam. DAY 3 - 6 Monday March 18 – Thursday March 21

Today we travel to Da Lat for the adventure stage of our trip, where we will take on challenges such as white water rafting, canyoning and abseiling and biking and hiking to the top of Langbian Mountain at 2167 metres.

DAY 7 Friday March 22 We head to Hanoi today to enjoy some more history, and to enjoy visiting the capital city of Vietnam. Accommodation: Hotel La Siesta Hanoi (or equivalent)

DAY 8 Saturday March 23

We travel to Halong Bay to enjoy an overnight cruise on the Bay on a traditional junk, and we will have the time to enjoy some kayaking and swimming before enjoying a delicious dinner, and after a good night’s sleep Tai Chi on the deck before breakfast! Accommodation: Garden Bay Premium Cruise (or equivalent) DAY 9 Sunday March 24 We slowly make our way back to Hanoi where we will fly back to Ho Chi Minh City and then back to Australia. We may elect to return from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City late on Saturday evening, flight schedules are subject to change so the itinerary may vary slightly from the above accordingly. Every effort will be made to ensure that we follow the itinerary as closely as possible. Prices are calculated for single occupancy – please ask about discounts for twin share or couples! Your Vietnam Adventure will be an investment of $4595, which includes, Airfares, Accommodation, Adventure Activities, most meals, airport transfers (excluding in Australia), Fitness Training Because people may want to explore Vietnam and the local restaurants at their leisure you are not obligated to attend all of the activities or dinners. No discounts apply if you choose not to participate in the activities or group meals.

Please make payments by Bank Transfer as follows, unless otherwise agreed by prior arrangement: You will be invoiced for the full amount, however if you make an instalment as per the plan above please ensure you use your invoice number so that we can track your payments and update your invoice accordingly.

You may cancel the contract at any time before midnight on the thirtieth business day after payment of the Initial Deposit in writing to BANG Fitness Adventures. A business day is any day except a weekend or public holiday. This notice may also be given by email as shown on the front of this page. As this trip includes travel costs and accommodation to be incurred by the tour provider, a portion of your fees will be utilised to pay for these and as such refunds will be limited, so please ensure that you are able to attend this trip as we do not provide refunds for change of mind or if your financial circumstances change. The refund will only be paid via direct debit within 30 business days. No cash refunds will be issued. Participants may elect not to complete all of the Adventure Activities however no discount will be applied to those that elect not to participate in a given activity. Flights are calculated ex Melbourne. Where possible, flights from other capital cities in Australia will be absorbed into the package cost however some adjustments may be required. Please discuss your preferred capital city departure point with BANG Fitness. Travel insurance is mandatory for all BANG Fitness Adventures international trips. As soon as airfares are booked you will be provided with flight details to obtain travel insurance which we encourage you to do as quickly as possible in the event you have a health issue which prevents you from attending the event. You will be required to provide a copy of your insurance policy to the tour provider. We recommend bringing a hard copy of your insurance documentation with you. PLEASE NOTE: Many travel insurance policies will be limited with regard to water sports activities and events that include altitudes over 3000 metres so please ensure you have an appropriate policy such as an ‘Adventure Pack’ or ‘Water Sports Pack’.
