Procurement delay has changed deployment plan asfollows:

Shared VRS
Shared VRS units would be placed in central locations for ease of access by employees who do not have desks, cubicles or shared workstations because of the nature of their specific jobs
Shared VRS can also provide phone access to employees who do not have regular day to day contact with customers
A lock box with key(s) or other control system would be needed for authorized DHOH employees to secure the needed remote control to operate the VRS unit
