1 cup lemon juice6 eggsZest from 2 lemons1 cup milk3 cups sugar
Whisk together lemon juice, eggs, and lemon zest. Add milk. Mix dry ingredients and add to previous mixture. Add melted butter. Pour in unbaked pie shell and bake until set like custard at 350 degrees. Approximately 30 minutes.
