FOODSERVICE IS the area dedicated to the business segment (hall 7) where HoReCa produ-cers and distributors present new Food & Bevera-ge products, machinery, equipment and furni-shings for cafés, restaurants, pizzerias, hotels accommodation facilities, gelato parlours and pastry shops.

A stage where show-cooking, workshops, talks and tasting courses for professionals in the sector come to life. An important calendar of events capable of stimulating and enriching professional knowledge, through digital pills, case histories, meetings and discussions.
