Vibratory Sieves
The ‘Sievmaster Easilift’ station is a clean and simple means of check sieving into bins or containers. Most bag dumping units require an operator to lift the hood manually to gain full access to the sieve unit. The Easilift has a flip top hood which is assisted so there is no lifting required to open the unit. The hood is also designed to take a 25kg bag across its length making it easier to split and tip the contents into the sieve below.
The Sievmaster Slimline and Multiscreen 602, 802, 1002, 1202 and 1502 vibratory sieving range will provide users with an economic means of sieving almost any wet or dry product into as many as 5 grades (4 screens). These fully adjustable machines provide three dimensional vibrations to quickly sieve/grade nearly all types of materials. The unique mesh de-blinding system and optional ultrasonic system provides screening of those more difficult products.

The ‘Sievmaster Rota’ series gives accurate material screening with continuous fine and coarse discharge. The sieving area consists of a mesh cylinder and a paddle blade arrangement revolving within. The product is pushed against the mesh forcing the fine product through and retaining the coarse. Coarse product is ejected at the end of the machine and the fines discharged through the base of the main body. The machine is especially suitable for high volume sieving, lumpy, sticky and dusty products.

The Rotary Lump Breaker is designed to break up friable lumps and agglomerates in dry powders and granules. Lump breakers are commonly used to process powders prior to pneumatic conveying, sifting, blending and feeding, and may be installed in bag dump chutes, ducts and conveying systems. On some products, lump breakers may even be used for controlled size reduction. The Kockums rotary lump breaker has been success-fully applied in industries such as Food, Dairy, Confectionery, Chemical, Fertilisers, Plastics and Gypsum.

The AUTOFLEX Flexible Wall Screw Feeder is ideal for control-ling accurate feed of granules and dry powders, in particular those that are non-free flowing like Titanium Dioxide, Calcium Carbonates, Bakery Ingredients, Clays, Oxides, Pigments and Perlite. This high performance screw feeder with its flexible wall urethane hopper and external massage system promotes reliable and repeatable flow. The gentle massaging action prevents rat-holes and bridges from forming.
Recipe batching systems may be as simple as a single ingredient addition or complete multi ingredient recipes, normally driven by a batch weigh indicator or central SCADA system. Individual ingredient characteristics, rates and accuracies are considered when selecting the most suitable feed system from a range of gravity, screw, belt or vibratory type solutions. Batching can be achieved volumetrically (time), by Loss of Weight (LOW), or Gain in Weight (GIW).
