Vibration Technician Hawiyah Gas Plant Department of Saudi Aramco is seeking an experienced Vibration Technician to join Hawiyah Gas Plant Maintenance Division. The successful candidate will act as a lead vibration technician to support other vibration technicians on complicated duties when needed. He should perform as a fully skilled, experienced Vibration Technician able to conduct specialized data analysis on critical equipment vibration problems and issue recommendations for corrective action. The candidate should have a good working knowledge of machinery monitoring instrumentation and diagnostic skills required for the job. Minimum Requirements 1. Diploma or higher education 2. Experience in vibration. Duties & Responsibilities 1.Provide vibration readings upon request and assist in troubleshooting and analysis of equipment 2.Act as IDP mentor/evaluator for the vibration technician 3.Assist Vibration Technicians in any technical vibration consultation and support in any urgent request 4.Assist EMP Vibration Technicians in attending to faults in the analyzer or in the software 5.Assist in upgrading the software and configure data bases for both online and off line monitoring systems 6.Assist during troubleshooting and investigations of critical and major equipment. 7.Assist with trouble shooting and investigation of equipment trips 8.Finalize sending Lube Oil Samples to the lab for analysis. Follow up with CSD Lubrication Engineer for any concerns.

online and offline monitoring systems10.Consolidate the area vibration for issuing the monthly summary report11.Performs high level data acquisition and reduction on major rotating equipment12.Performs data analysis and troubleshooting on critical rotating equipment13.Checks and adjusts calibration on major test instrumentation as required such as CSI device, and ADRE device.14.Performs complex field balancing on critical rotating equipment as necessary.15.Interprets reports from on rotating equipment repairs.16.Provides technical guidance and work direction to a group of 3 to 4 Vibration Technicians. 17.Incumbent will act as team leader to group of lower classified technicians or work independently on specialized assignments.
