What is VIABTORVIABTOR – Is a voltage stabilizer. It stables the voltage producedby your vehicle alternator which supplies your vehicles ElectronicControl Unit, better known as the ECU.

ECU – Electronic control unit, is the microprocessor which controls all of thevehicles functions, amongst other things the mathematical calculations fora controlled supply of fuel in order to achieve optimal fuel consumption.

This unit requires a minimum voltage supply of 13.5v

Voltage Under load - We all know that our vehicles,run at 12v, and is forthis reason that the ECU relies on the alternator for its electrical supply.The electricity supplied by the alternator is an electromagnetic gener-ated electricity, so therefore unstable. If we add to this that the alternatorrellies on the efficacy of your engine, which varies according to our driv-ing , which is influenced by traffic, traffic lights, gear changes, braking etc, itmakes it very dificult to to obtain a stable and constant voltage supply.
