VGCE PROFILE

VGCE was established in Vung Tau Vietnam in 2002 as a “representative office”. Subsequently

being granted an Operating License in April 2007. Tax ID # 3500799410, Invest capital: 1,000,000

USD.

Established in Malaysia and Brunei in 1993 GCE and VGCE now provides services throughout

South East Asia and beyond, providing comprehensive NDT inspections, steel replacement, coating

application and repair maintenance solutions based on the application in range of high technology

coatings and composites.

VGCE head office in Vung Tau houses our HSE, Material, Accounting, Engineering, and

Procurement departments.

VGCE being the licensed distributor and applicator for Corrocoat UK who have dedicated over 40

years of research and development of effective corrosion prevention and control methods and

materials, solving corrosion-related problems throughout industry.

VGCE undertake total projects from the initial site inspection through NDT requirements, steel

replacement followed by water or grit blasting and coating.

For long term corrosion protection we recommend Corrocoat glass flake coatings but we also apply

other manufacturer’s coatings as requested by our clients.

VGCE take HSE and safety issues very seriously: - VGCE company Occupational Health, Safety

and Welfare and Environmental Protection policies are a definitive commitment to providing a safe

system of working, protecting both employees, the public and our environment.

This is reflected in the HSE policy which is signed by the Managing Director. This policy is

reviewed on an annual basis to see if there is any new equipment that warrants a revision or any

inclusion the HSE Policy.

All new employees are briefed on this policy in the Company Induction and Safety Orientation

training.

A STOP Policy is also in place and this policy is empowerment from to management to its

employees to STOP any job which they feel could harm, people, property, environment or reputation

of the company.

In Vietnam VGCE have a large range of inspection, water/dry basting, spaying, welding fabrication,

abseiling and gondola platform equipment, which when not in use is maintained at our workshop(s)

in Vung Tau City.

In respect to offshore platforms, drilling rigs, ships, VGCE provide a coating refurbishment service

specializing in structural steel, platform legs and splash zones, vessels and tanks, this covers initial

Inspection, providing a fully documented report, followed up, if required, by maintenance repair

work to the existing coating system, or complete project coating. Our project team, as well as all

materials and equipment, can be mobilized to any location within the South East Asia, Middle East,

region and operate as a completely self-contained and self-sufficient unit

For all projects, large and small, VGCE will provide competent and experienced on-site project

management, and blasting and coating technicians who are qualified and experienced with

Corrocoats coating systems and the offshore industry, where safety and quality are paramount. (Five
