A tournament for men who are 40+in age but can give the youngsters arun for their money anytime!!

The veterans turned on the magicon the football turf!! It’s exhilaratingwhen you watch a 66yr old pass thefootball to his team mates anddefends the ball with extreme ease.Indeed such was the scene at therecently organised Summer Cup2016 - Men’s veterans rink footballtournament which was planned,coordinated and executed bySportnicians -The Sports People.

We definitely live in the youngistan world but these players aged between 40 years - 66 yearsshowed that old is definitely gold and especially when the team that won the tournament isnamed Golden Gunners defeating Golden Boys, it’s a sone pe suhaga moment.

After successfully organising the open andwomen’s rink football tournament, Sportnicians -The Sports People were once again able to pull outthese breadwinners of their families from theirdaily hustle bustle of life and get them on the turfto play a game to which they gave it their all in theiryounger days.

The smile on their tired faces...the cheering fromtheir families and the kids wanting to be like theirDad’s is proof enough that you don’t need a bigleague to play a game...all you need is a smallpush, a holding hand that takes you back to thegame you love and lets you build memories you’llcherish forever.

Sportnicians -The Sports People are glad that theywere able to do that for all the veteran teams thatparticipated and stood true to their promise ofcatering to your every sport need.

The tournament wasofficiated by qualifiedand experiencedreferees. The refereesensured that allmatches were played intrue sportsmanshipspirit. All the teams andplayers accepted all thedecisions given by thereferees which ensuredthat the tournamentconcluded verysmoothly
