Het stadje Crikvenica, de thuishaven van Blue Moon Residence, ligt in de Kvarner baai aan de Adriatische Zee op een afstand van 33 km van Rijeka en is vlot bereikbaar via de nieuwe aangelegde snelweg ( Zagreb – Reijka – Dubrovnik) die naar het zuiden loopt. Het gebied rond Crikvenica is een “Riviera” van kleinschalige toeristische bestemmingen zoals Selce, Dramalj, en Jadranovo. De stad spreidt zich uit over 28 vierkante kilometer met een

kustlijn van ongeveer 15 km.

De binnenstad van Crikvenica is één van de oudste plaatsen aan de Middellandse Zee en ze wordt gekenmerkt door het milde klimaat en de weelderige vegetatie. De mediter-rane flora, de frisse lucht vrij van gevaarlijke allergenen. De heldere zee en mooie stranden

The little town of Crikvenica, the home of the Blue Moon Residence, lies in the Kvarner Bay on the Adriatic Sea just 33 kilometres from Rijeka and is easy accessible via the new motorway ( Zagreb – Rijeka – Dubrovnik) that runs south through the country. The area around Crikvenica is a “Riviera” of small tourist destinations such as Selce, Dramalj, and Jadranovo. The town spreads out over 28 km² with a coastline of approximately 15

kms.

hoog niveau.De appartementen hebben mooie ruime terrassen met een zuidelijke oriëntatie.

Elk appartement heeft zijn eigen parkeerplaats.

In de gemeenschappelijke tuin bevinden zich twee zwembaden met elk een douche en een toilet.

De bouwwerken zijn gestart in september 2008 en de oplevering is voorzien voor juni 2010.Optioneel verzorgen wij voor u eveneens de totale interieurafwerking. Hierbij heeft u de keuze tussen verschillende interieurpakketten. Wij verzorgen de levering, plaatsing en montage. Smaken en voorkeuren verschillen, bij ons zet u de toon. The Blue Moon Residence is a top quality residence – set in a peaceful and unique location against a background of beautiful rolling hills and breathtaking views of the sea.

The building is in a modern architectural style and the interiors are simply perfect.All apartments have a luxury design kitchen, bathroom, storage room, separate toilet, roller blinds, air conditioning, internet, intercom, satellite TV, etc. The finish is also of the very highest

Building works started in September 2008 and the works are due to be completed by June 2010. For those who wish, we can also handle the total interior design.
