tool in any business is Lead Generation. I need it for my business, you need it for
yours, and your offline customers need it for theirs…so it's up to us all to make
sure we always have leads.
I'm all about creating nice easy ways to build my business and teach others how they can as well.
After a little bit of thinking I realized an awesome way to create a business would
be to help local businesses create more and more leads. If we could show them
an easy and efficient way to do this - this would be a fairly easy to promote and
profitable business for you to start, or add to your current offline business.
But…that is also kind of a common offline service… I wanted to take it one step
further and promote a new twist to a service that would allow local businesses to

Some of you may be using more involved keyword tools but for many of you I will assume you may use the normal Google Keyword Tool. When you get a moment after reading this, I want you to take a look at how big of a market there is for the following keywords and their suggestions: - Invitations - Events - Party Invitations - Event Invitations As you will see there are millions of searches per month on these terms and similar suggestions. You will also notice that there is decent competition in this market. I don't want you to get discouraged by the competition, I bring this to your attention simply for the fact that there is competition so you are made aware that not only is there a market, but it's profitable - that's why there is competition. Now before I have a mass exodus of people leaving this report I want to make clear that you are not trying to compete against others on google, bing, and all that SEO stuff you may be thinking this is about…so don't worry.
Forget about SEO and all that stuff…that is not what this WSO is about… at all!!!
What we are going to be doing is going after small to mid-sized local businesses
in your area, and we are using some really cool tactics to our advantage, so just
keep reading and you'll see how awesome of a concept this is.

offer some kind of an event to help spread the word about their business, or
drive in more people to up-sell other items.
From grand openings to a common sale on services or products - they are an
event and the business wants to get as many people to it as possible, as well as
get people to spread the word about it.
Hundreds, even Thousands of businesses in your area offer some kind of an
event for their location but don't have a very good marketing plan on how to
promote it correctly and lose out on a ton of potential their event can bring in.

market the event the only way they know how until you show up and take the Event Invite Process to a

show up on the wall of the events Fanpage, as well as their own personal wall.

SSTTEEPP11.. CCRREEAATTIINNGG TTHHEE VVIIDDEEOO The best way I think to go about creating these videos, and the way I am going to
talk about in this guide (should you decide to do it all yourself) is with Animoto.
For those of you not familiar with Animoto, just click the link and take a look at
what you can do with it. In a nutshell it is one of, if not the best online services
for creating really impressive Slideshow Presentations using a combination of
photos, movie clips and small text blocks.
Animoto has an online interface which allows you to edit your movie/slideshow
very easily…all you do is add in your content, click and drag what order you want
the content to appear in, add in some music and your video/slideshow is
complete.

The Business itself will be supplying you with all the information you need
(photos, information, event details). It does not need to be a lot, and if for any
reason they cannot supply you with the information just ask them if you can take
a few pictures and get some basic info about what they are looking to have
mentioned in the video.
We are looking for something small, something simple…this is not going to be something that you want to spend more than just a few moments on creating!!!
You can make a great looking slideshow movie with 6-8 pictures and 5-7 small
lines of text…the more you have the longer your Video Invitation will be.
Note: You don't want the video to be more than about 90 seconds. 45-60 seconds is the perfect amount of time needed for a well done and impressive Video Invitation.
The basic version of Animoto is free to try and you can create some cool videos
this way, but Animoto can get expensive to use if you are going to be using them
for future business to business sales.
You will see as per Animoto's Terms of Service, you cannot resell your videos to
other businesses unless you use their reseller service, this is why we cannot
charge a lot of money for these Video Event Invitations - in fact you are not going
to be charging anything for the video at all, instead you will be charging a small
set up fee for the Event Fan Page…the real money comes later by using the
V.E.S.A method.☺
OOUUTTSSOOUURRCCIINNGG VVIIDDEEOOSS Many times you will hear and have heard about outsourcing…and this is exactly
what I would do for almost any Video Event Invitation client that comes your
way.
The only way that I may choose not to outsource the video creation was if I
needed to get something done for the client within 24-48 hours, but even then
you can find someone to usually throw a video together for you in that short a
period of time - you just need to find them.
The source I like to use to find cheap video creators is Fiverr.com
To prevent a bunch of people reading this right now to start skipping I will give
you a very brief summary of what fiverr is.
Go to Fiverr.com and take a look…basically people offer their services called
"gigs," sometimes the gigs can be a bit quirky but many times you can find
professional services on there being offered by people for only…$5 bucks.
There are literally thousands and thousands of gigs on Fiverr for people to do
things for only $5 and a lot of them are the things that can be done for your
business, whether it be Video/Slideshow creation or other things like article
writing, graphics, etc.
These $5 workers can save you a ton of time as well as make you a nice bunch of
cash to stick in your pocket if used correctly.
MMYY LLIITTTTLLEE FFIIVVEERRRR TTRRIICCKK A trick I use to find some of the best people on fiverr is to first do a search for
what I am looking for. So in this case we will be looking for someone to create
videos or slideshows.
Here you can see that you can choose to sort fiverr "gigs" by rating. This will list
the top rated sellers first; however this is just the first step.
Even though the person may be rated high, I want to see how fast they will get a
project completed. Each gig will give the estimated time it will take to complete
but I want to know more about the gig seller…after all, I may be using them for a
long time, or for as long as they continue to offer the gig.
Once you enter a person's gig you have the ability to "Contact Seller" I use this
to… you guessed it…Contact The Seller.
Before I order a gig, I send them a quick note through the fiverr system asking
them a simple question about their offer, I make sure it is related to what the gig
is actually offering and then I wait for a response.
The quicker the response, the better I feel that this person will get me back the
gig I order as quickly as possible. The longer I wait for a response, the more my
confidence in the gig begins to deteriorate.
I've found the sellers that give the quickest response are the ones that complete
the gig the fastest…and that makes me happy…and will make your customer
happy with your service.
NOTE: YOU AREN'T GOING TO BE TELLING YOUR CUSTOMER YOU ARE GETTING THIS
DONE BY OUTSOURCING THE WORK…THAT IS NOT WHAT YOU WANT TO DO AT ALL.
YOU ARE JUST TRYING TO GET AS MANY VIDEO INVITATION EVENT JOBS AS YOU CAN,
AND BY OUTSOURCING THE VIDEO CREATION TO SOMEONE FOR A MEASLY $5 YOU CAN
TAKE ON MORE JOBS AND MAKE MORE MONEY.
Once I have found a gig seller that I want to work with, I order the gig and send
them the files I want in the video, along with the text and content needed to be
added, usually this is just a zip file or a shared folder using an online storage site
like dropbox. It's as simple as that…once it is done, more than 75% of the Video
Event Invitation is ready to go.
The next step is setting up the lead generation system for them.
CCRREEAATTIINNGG AA MMAAIILLIINNGG LLIISSTT One of the main tools that you will be adding to the Video Event Invitation
system is assisting your clients with creating a mailing list for their business.
This is going to be created by having the invitees of the event "Register" for more
information…this does not mean they will be "attending" the event - You want
them to Register for more information.
They will be registering for more information about the event and they do this
with a simple click of a mouse - in turn they will be submitting their name and
their email address directly to a mailing list software known as Aweber!!!

Aweber is one of the top Email Marketing Systems online and just recently they
have added in an awesome new feature called "Facebook Integration"
It's located in the basic settings of your form. Once you save the form you will
then get some code for your webpage or fanpage. You add the small Javascript
code they give you for your form on your clients Event Fanpage and it will look
something like this:
It's very simple to do and all you need to do is add it somewhere below the video
you add on the Event Page and you have just set your client up with an awesome
lead generating fan page they can use for an event.
If they have events on a regular basis, you just rinse and repeat the process…it's
really that simple.
One thing that I should mention is that Aweber has a fee per month that your
client will need to pay to maintain their list. They will get 30 days for $1, and
then the price increases on a scale for the amount of subscribers they have.
It's a minimal fee for a business that can help make them a lot more money so
you should not have any issues having them pay for this…the great thing for you
is that aweber has an affiliate program which will pay you around 30% of the
cost your client pays per month for as long as they use Aweber…this is more
money in your pocket, so I highly suggest signing up for awebers affiliate
program and using your affiliate link to give to your clients when they sign up!!!
TTHHEE SSAALLEE (( HHOOWW TTOO SSEELLLL IITT TTOO AA BBIIZZ )) Selling this to a business is not hard to do at all; however you must make sure
that you approach the business in the right way.
Yes you may be an offline marketer or business consultant, but chances are many
time this business owner you are going after may have been promoted a service
of some kind and turned them away. They may already have someone they use
for their offline marketing.
You do not want to go to that business with the normal offline business
consultant mindset, this can cause a business to not even listen to this service.
They may also think that if they use you for something they may feel obligated to
their current offline consultant and this can make a business owner feel
awkward
We just want to "Sneak In" through the back door.
See, most offline consultants are going to be offering marketing types of services
to a potential client, things like social media, SEO, websites, mobile, etc.
We are going in with something that most offline consultants never even think
about because it's so simple to do, it's never been thought of this way…in fact
some people that I mentioned this to commented my favorite line "Wow…Why
Didn't I think of This."
It's a service that flies under the radar, but businesses love it.
