Welcome to the Emirates Palace. I am pleased to have you here with us.

In order to make your stay memorable I have prepared this booklet for

you to find all the activities and places that you can go in our hotel, and

in Abu Dhabi.

You can always contact me on extension 7108, or visit me in the Lobby

on the 4th floor next to the reception if there is anything that I can do to

make your stay even more remarkable.

Emirates Palace Kids Club

Sarab Land, the Children’s Play

Zone, is located at Emirates Palace

West Beach Club.

Sarab Land is available exclusively

for guests and members of the

Emirates Palace, where your

children can experience various

fun filled games and activities

while you are relaxing in the

beautiful sunny weather.

Sarab Land caters for children

from 5 to 12 years old. If your

child is less than 5 years of age

they are most welcome to come

and play, however they must be

accompanied by a responsible

adult at all times.

Our younger guests can choose

from a list of indoor and outdoor

activities, and our staff will make

sure they have a wonderful time to

remember.

Activities are varied and include a

mixture of arts and crafts, sports

puzzles, dance, face painting and

henna, there are also a variety of

bicycles you can use. Children can

have their own adventure exploring

the Palace’s lavish grounds.

It is open from 10 am to 6 pm

where our staff will be ready and

waiting to entertain your children.

Sarab Land:

Movies, Play Station Portables and the Sony Wii are also included in the

activities.

Sports:

Mini tennis, junior football, table tennis, bicycles, boules and bird

watching (scheduled activities or guests can participate independently)

Watersports:

- Motorised (chargeable / bookable):

Wakeboarding, waterskiing, mono-skiing and inflatable rides.

- Non-motorised (free / upon availability):

Windsurfing, sailing, kayaking, paddleboard.

- Dolphin watch / sunset cruise / corniche cruise (chargeable / bookable):

Up to a maximum of 6 people. Our junior guests below 14 years old

must be accompanied by an adult.

Beach Club & Sarab Land

Beauty salon for the Princes and Princesses:

Our specialists from the Beauty Salon, are pleased to take care of the

look of the little girls and boys, for everyday or any special occasion.

The following services are available:

- Nail polishing for girls (7 years old and above)

- Hair style (7 years old and above)

- Hair cut (7 years old and above)

Kindly contact our Beauty Salon on extension 8970 for the little ladies

and 8921 for the young gentlemen.

“Magical Journey”

For our in-house guests we offer the Palace back and front of the

house tour. All children between 4 to 10 years old can join.

Please contact our Kempinski Kids Ambassador at the Guest Relation

Department (Ext. 7108) to reserve the tour. The number of places is

limited! Hurry up!

Food & Beverage

Our Food & Beverage outlets look forward to welcoming our younger guests!

The kid’s menus are available in all our restaurants and cafes except

Etoiles, L’Auberge and Hakkasan.

Le Vendome - Buffet restaurant which has various dishes perfectly

suitable for children.

Cafe/Caviar Bar – Sweet paradise for every child, with homemade treats

and chocolates for all occasions.

Hakkasan - Fine dining Chinese restaurant for adults. Children above 10

years old are welcome for dinner; children of any age are most welcome

for lunch on Friday and Saturday.

Let your parents enjoy the evening! Ask them to book a babysitter

with the Guest Relation Team who will gladly assist you.

We offer multi-lingual baby sitters.

The baby sitting service is subject to availability and should be

booked minimum 2 hours before the required time. Fees apply per

child and per hour.

parent’s room at no extra charge.

Baby cots or extra beds are

provided free of charge.

Children between 6 and 12 years

benefit from a 50% discount on

the extra bed charge.

Beach Club, Fitness and Spa

Due to safety reasons, only

children 14 years or above are

allowed to attend the Fitness

Suite; and only teenagers over

16 years are allowed to use the

Hammam at the Spa.
