Vertical Horizons Travel “The World is our Playground” January 9, 2011 Volume 1, Issue 1 A Message from Scott Jercich It is with great pleasure that we send you our first travel newslet- ter. I would like to thank Kathleen Jercich, our social media consul- tant and editor, for her fine efforts in pulling it together. Last year we made new travel friends on our tour to Northern Italy. We hope you will join us in 2011 for one of our European tours. Best regards, Scott Italy 2010... Che Esperienza! In October, Scott escorted a group of 23 clients on a tour through Northern Italy, the home of some of the country’s most iconic histori- cal sites. Our route took us from the bustle of Milan to the cultural mecca of Rome, with stops in Bel- lagio, Venice, Cinque Terra, Pisa, and Flor- ence. Northern Italy combines the charm of Renaissance Europe with the moder- nity of the Vespa age, and we were lucky enough to see it all. We had a wonderful time with a fantastic group of travelers. Special thanks to David Dewey, who took over 5,000 photos and made a CD for everyone with his best 750 shots. We hope you all join us again to make more great memories!
