All Jamesway impellers aremade from T-1 steel for longlife, and the all-bolted modularconstruction makes servicingfast, easy and economical. TheoptionalupgradetoHardox-450™steel provides the ultimatedurability in sand or otherabrasivematerials.

The bottom chamber is whereheavydutymeetshighprecision.The impeller drive shaftbearings run in an enclosedoilbath chamber protected byJamesway’s exclusiveSeal-Packsystem,whiletheonboardgreasegun and oil reservoir assureconstantlubricationandlonglife.

The optional gearbox-driven propellermakes the job ofmixing beddedmanurefasterthanever.The20”diameter3-bladepropellerproducesturbulenceandflowthatquicklyblendsandhomogenizessediments.TheTURBO-PROPmakesshortworkoflongbeddingwiththeoptionalstationaryknifekit.

Jamesway’sadvancedSeal-Packoutboardsealkitsprotecttheheavydutygearboxfromsand,twine,hayandotherdebristhatareproblemsforconventionalsealsystems.

Theheavyduty2-pointhitchmount isasimpleandeconomicalchoice forpitsup to12 ftdeep.Optionalfloororwallmountingbracketsholdthepumpinpositionwhenthetractorisdetached.

Thispump isagreatchoice formanyapplicationsbut theuniquecontrolsmakethisyourbestchoiceforslattedfloorbarns.Movementof the nozzle can be carefully controlled to prevent accidentalsplashingthroughtheslats.Thegearbox-operatedcontrolswillnotcreeporwander,andareallaccessiblefromthe“dryside”ofthepump.Hydraulic-poweredcastirongatevalveseliminateseepage,andcommondebrisliketoecapsarenolongeraproblem.Availablewith6”or8”dischargein8,9or10footmodels.

The full hydraulic controls make this model the best choice foraggressiveagitationoflargestorages.Theuppernozzlecanquicklyandeasilybeaimedupwardanddownwardorrotateda full270º,whilethehydraulic-operateddiverterallowsyoutoswitchtheoutputfromagitationtoloading.Theflange-mountedlowernozzlecanbe“alwaysopen”(forsandorhogpits),orcapped,orequippedwithan optional hydraulicpowered gate valve. Available with 6”or 8”dischargeupto14ftpitdepths.

The same great construction as theothermodelsisteamedwithasimple,economical controlpackage.With thecontrolson the“wetside”, thispumpisoftenusedincoveredreceptionpitsto transfer to storage. The optionalanchoring kit allows floor mounting,and Jamesway has a wide range ofvalves and fittings for undergroundtransfer.Whenusedfortankerloading,thedischargemaybeequippedwithanoptionalhydraulic-poweredgatevalveand several choices of load-out kit.Availablewith6”or8”dischargeupto14ftpitdepths.

The Jamesway trailer mount tilts and slides to allow accessinto pits with smaller openings. The trailer model makes roadtransporteasyandthebeefyconstructionhandlespumpsupto14ft.Theoptionalconstant-velocityPTOshaftallowstrailerpumpstooperateinpitsupto4’lessthanthenominalpitdepth.
