VeteranClassVeteranclassisopentoalldogsovertheageof8;dogs50poundsandlessthan90poundsmayenterVeteranatage7years,anddogs90poundsormoremayenteratage6years.AVeterancoursewillconsistof12-13exercisesignsfromanylevel,includingabonusexercisefromtheLevel3BonusExercises.Veteranisanoff-leashclass.InVeteranclass,oneAdditionalCueperexercisemaybegivenwithoutpenalty.PleaseseetheOfficialRules&Regulationsformoredetails.

BonusExerciseABonusisanexercisethroughwhichadditionalpointsmaybeearned.Abonusexerciseisofferedonallcoursesintheregularclasses,anditshallbeclearlymarkedwitha“Bonus”placard.Thebonusexerciseshallbeincoursesequence,atjudge’sdiscretion,andshallbeperformedinthenormalflowofthetimedcourseathandler’soption.

Thefollowingrulesshallapplyforallbonusexercises,whetherthebonusexercisehasoneortwosigns:Ifthebonusexerciseisattempted,10bonuspointsareawarded,withpointdeductionsassessedforincorrectperformanceoftheexercise;pointdeductionsonthebonusshallnotexceed10points.Thebonusexercisemayberetriedonetime.Ifthebonusexerciseresultsinachangeofdirection,thehandlershallperformanadditionalbasicturnasneededfollowingthebonusinordertocontinuetothenextstation.Iftheteamoptstobypassthebonus,theteamshallheelbythebonusstationtothenextstation;thereisnopenaltyforbypassingthebonus.

• Thistrialisopentoadogatleastsixmonthsofage,includingpurebredandnon-purebred,exceptbitchesinseason(unlessspecificallyallowedbytrialhostbyannouncementinthispremium)ordogswithdisabilities,injuries,orillnesseswhichmaycausethedogpainorgreatdiscomfort,ordogsexhibitingsignsofaggressionthatthreatenthesafetyofotherdogsorhumans.

• In theeventadog’sorcompetitor’sdisabilitiesprevent theteamfromperformingacourseorexerciseasdescribed, thecompetitorshallobtainaRequest forModificationform(“RFM”)fromtheTrialHost,completingtheformwithawrittendescriptionofhowthecompetitor intendstoperformthecourseor itsexercisesthatmustbemodifiedtoaccommodatethedog’sorcompetitor’sparticulardisability.Theformmustbesubmittedtothejudgepriortothestartoftheclass,andthemodifiedperformanceshallapproximateascloselyaspossibletheoriginalcourseanditsexercises.

• Alldogsshallbeshown ina flatbuckleorsnapcollar,plainharness,orproperly fitted limitedslip (Martingale)collar.Nochokecollars,prongcollars,shockcollars,slipcollars,one-piececollar/leash(e.g.,Martingaleleash)orslipleashes,allmetalleashesorcollars,no-pullharnesses,orheadcollarsareallowed.

• AlldogsmustberegisteredwithWorldCynosportRallyLimitedorUnitedStatesDogAgilityAssociation,Inc.onthedayofcompetition. See www.rallydogs.com to register online, or complete the “Dog and Junior Handler Registration” formincludedinthispremiumlistandsubmitittotheWCRLofficeasindicatedatthebottomoftheform.

• Safetyshallalwaysbeofforemostconsiderationinactionsandconductbycompetitorsatalltimes.Competitors,throughentryatthisevent,acceptfullresponsibilityforthemselvesandtheactionsoftheirdogs.

• Theorganizingcommitteemayrefuseanyentryforanyreason.

• THERE SHALL BENO REFUND for entrieswithdrawn after the closing date or in the event a dog and/or competitor aredismissed from competition, regardless of reason for such dismissal.
