vermilion energy netherlands - who we are
DESCRIPTION
In the Netherlands, Vermilion acquired a portion of Total’s assets in the north in 2004, which we have since grown significantly. In October 2013, Vermilion acquired Northern Petroleum Nederland BV assets and we are currently integrating them into our very promising portfolio. Vermilion is an active exploration and production company and we have strong growth plans for the Netherlands. This growth is reflected in a recent office expansion in Harlingen and opening up new offices in Amsterdam. These acquisitions support a steady growth in our yearly well drilling program that will increase over the next five years. Additionally, Vermilion has added significant exploration concessions at Opmeer, Hemelum, and Akkrum that surfaces over 900 square kilometers. With the recent addition of the Waalwijk facility, our operations span from north to south.TRANSCRIPT
