for its astonishing natural

beauty, the mighty Himalayas

and blessed with rich cultural

heritages. This small country

is well known for the birth place of Buddha, the world’s highest mountain ‘Mt

Everest’, only national flag that is not rectangular or square and homeland of the

famous Gurkhas.

Nepalese food varieties are relatively medium spicy and nutritious. Dal-Bhat-

Tarkari/masu (lentil soup, boiled rice and curried vegetable/meat) is the all-time

favourite food of Nepal. Please see under the Set Meal in the Menu for more

details. Momo (dumplings), Organic Tea/Coffee and Spicy Tea are also widely

popular.

We are a small family-run business dedicated to bringing authentic Nepalese

cuisine with original spices and organic products from the Himalayan foothills.
