General conditionsCancellation policy: Written notice 45 days prior to the print date, otherwise a penalty will be charged at 50% of the advertising fee. If you provide a written notice to cancel 14 days prior to print date, the penalty charge will be 100% of the advertising fee. Payment terms: All advertisements are subject to approval by VEOIR. VEOIR reserves the right to refuse any advertisements. VEOIR will not be held responsible for any errors in the supplied materials. Changes are only acceptable when hard- or soft copies are supplied. Unless new materials are received prior to print deadline, VEOIR will automatically use samples from previous issue at full rate. VEOIR Magazine reserves the right to deal with artworks after publication. If the documents are needed by the advertiser, VEOIR Magazine must be informed via written notification. While every reasonable care is taken, neither VEOIR nor its agents is responsible for loss or damage to transparencies and other materials. Advertisers are requested to provide the correct-sized full color separation, including the design edition. If advertisers fail to supply artwork prior to the material deadline, VEOIR will not be responsible for any errors.
