The evaluation shall be sent in the Secretariat by 17h00 Oct 27 th . @ The Judges are expected to pick up the evaluation form from the Secretariat. @The 3 best Oral and 3 best Posters will be announced in the closing ceremony. The secretariat will provide the evaluation form to each judges.
