Relaxing, calming, pampering
Clean, clear, crisp = easy in, easy out
These two stores serve completely different needs, but I left both with a feeling that they were striving for a similar feeling from their shoppers. The clean, crisp look of their font and their store was similar. Selection is not huge, the store is open and there is plenty of clear space. Music is low. It’s functional and it’s fast.
After taking the time to analyze them, I wish the Loft had more mannequins in pre-designed outfits I could just grab, like a bagel!

What Doesn’t:• As the
purchaser my senses are overwhelmed
• Lots of coupons you can’t use together.
• Always feel ripped off.
Missed Shopportunity: Sofas for parents to sit and watch daughter’s try on, size charts for shopping for others, mix and match suggestions, better sales help for parents
You get what you expect category!Value, reliability, broad section of different products. We arrived looking for a generator, a coat, and shoes. All three are available here at a decent price. As long as you are not looking for fancy shmancy – you will be pleased. Their cashiers should ask what else you are shopping for and direct you to another department.
Decent value for a decent meal in a decent environment. It was a functional decision to meet an immediate need and it accomplished just that. We would have spent more on the meal deals, but servers don’t appear to care much and weren’t knowledgeable about them.
