VENTEGO Under Roof System techical details
Made in Italy
FOR INTEGRATED W AYS
TO PROTECT YOUR ROOF
VENTEGO® GETS RID OF RAINING
WATER BUT ALSO OF ANY BACK FLOW
THROUGH 4 DIFFERENT INTEGRATED
SYSTEMS:
1. WATERCOURSES ON THE WHOLE
SURFACE OF THE PANEL
2. FORCED CHANNELLING HOLES IN THE
METAL ZINC-PLATED BAR
3. BI-LATERAL INVISIBLE RUN DOWN FOR
ANY DROPPING THAT FLOWS AMONG
THE PANELS
4. FRONT TAPPED INTERLOKING OF THE
PANELS TO AVOID FOR IT ANY
POSSIBILITY TO SLIDE DOWN
First Save on the Laying of the Panels, then Conserve Energy in Your Home newenergyalternative.com/../roof-NO GLUE OR PIN NEEDED: A MECHANICAL INTERLOCKING DOES ALL THE F IXING
In many existing and new buildings, the only
economical way to improve the thermal resistance of
the roof is by having insulation installation against the
underside of the roof surface. VENTEGO® is the
ultimate waterproof roof insulation that you need.
VENTEGO® was developed for ANY roof and ANY
structure, to ensure an unique thermal insulation and
ventilation to avoid moisture between roof and tiles.
Unlikely the majority of other roof insulations, the new
VENTEGO® system does not require any seal or
close up among each panel thanks to the perfect and
fast mechanical interlocking during the laying down.
What's more this interlocking prevents moisture to
penetrate on the roof deck in case of water flowing
back when there is huge snow and ice blocking the
eaves. The zinc plated metal bar has been engineered
to guarantee ventilation under the tiles: insulate and
ventilate over the roof deck is not a problem anymore.
A real Step forward for your Roof Deck Insulation Under all points of view THE ULTIMATE LOW COST SOLUTION TO CONSERVE ENERGY IN THE
EXIXTING AND NEW BUILDINGS ALL OVER EUROPE
LONG LASTING W ELDED METAL BAR FOR A BETTER SAFETY DURING THE LAYING
Safe laying of the insulation VENTEGO ® and long
lasting safety in holding the tiles throughout the years
Thanks to a special zinc plated metal bar with several
welding points, VENTEGO ® does not open or deform
during the laying over the roof deck (those bars are
normally used as steps by the operators during the laying
down). The special bullet welding holds the tiles
throughout the seasons regardless of the different
weather conditions.
NOT REMOVABLE BAR (CO-MOULDED)
The VENTEGO ® metal bar is co-moulded inside the
EPS panel and impossible to remove without destroying
the panel itself. This ensure strength and lasting.
PERFECT VENTILATION
VENTEGO® has been engineered with a unique and
special shape that allows a micro-ventilation all over the
roof deck in order to prevent any risk of serious moisture
damage if the building is located in a climate where the
outside temperature can be much colder than the inside
temperature. Thanks to this special design of the metal
bar, VENTEGO® guarantees better thermal insulation
performances without any thermal bridge. The ventilation
beneath the tiles provides proper attic insulation and
soffit ventilation to go with the metal roofing system.
A CHALLENGE
There is a risk of
moisture damage if the
building is located
in a climate where the
outside temperature can
be much colder than the
inside temperature.
In such locations,
the under roof insulation
must have an effective
vapour barrier on its inner
surface.
THE REAL RISK
If the outer roof surface is
also impermeable, a region is created
between the outer roof surface and the
vapor barrier that can trap and
hold moisture. Persistent moisture will
eventually destroy any type of roof
structure, and may even cause your
home roof structure collapse.
THE SOLUTION
Because of this potential problem,
VENTEGO® is the safest solution because
it provides a reliable moisture
venting for the space above the insulation
and under the tiles. Even if the outside air
dew-point temperature is always higher than
the inside , VENTEGO® is the most
effective solution for a perfect ventilation.
Thickness: Panels goes from 80 to 180 mm (dimension changes ev ery 20 mm) Inter tiles distance available: cm. 33, cm 34.2, cm 35.2, cm 36, cm 37, cm 39, cm 4 1.5
STANDARD WHITE EPS OR GRAFITE ADDED: A ROOF INSULATION THAT WILL MATCH ALL NEEDS Nothing new: expanded polystyrene panels outside the walls offer one the best insulation for any
existing house. This is the reason why VENTEGO® is made by the same material of the most
common house insulation system, expanded polystyrene , both white and with graphite.
Polystyrene offers fantastic thermal and mechanical properties for an outstanding insulation
performances: thanks to expanded polystyrene, then, the effects of the external weather
are eliminated for the most part. The proper under roof insulation installation surely will
conserve energy in your home. For this reason VENTEGO® as many others insulating
systems, can be granted of some tax incentives in many European countries.
