Pastichio- a product like lasagna, with a tomato based- meat sauce and a bechamel sauce.
ALMUERZO- LUNCH
Traditional dish- Sopa de Res
Sopa de Res- a soup usually with beef, potatoes, corn, and cilantro.
COMIDA- DINNER
Siesta- right after lunch
Traditional dish- Tostone
Tostone- similar to potato chips, but made with plantains.
MERIANDA- SNACK
Traditional dish- Bien me saba
Bien me saba- a sponge cake bathed in liquor with a coconut cream filling and topped with merengue.

Venezuela is located in South America near Columbia and Brazil.Because of there location near the Caribbean Sea, many of their foods are seafood.
