If you’re thinking of selling your Central

Regular visitors to our website
and office will have seen our
‘Signature Collection’. This special
collection of homes is identified
due to their historic or architectural
significance, their unique style or
stunning location.
If we jointly agree that your
home should be classified as part
of our ‘Signature’ collection, you
can choose a standard or Exclusive
vendor package.
What happens next?
Once you’ve made your decision to market with us,
we’ll visit your property and provide a full market valuation.
We will then prepare all necessary documentation and
present to you for authorisation. Our aim is to commence
marketing of your property within three to seven days
following your approval of the Agency Agreement.
There are a number of regulations that need to be
complied with, including the provision of an energy
certificate. We can arrange this for you.
As we progress with marketing your property, you
may require other professional services such as Lawyers,
Surveyors or Financial Consultants. Please ask our Partners
for their recommendations.

For example, certain types of properties in popular areas usually require a tactical and Digital
Marketing approach, rather than more esoteric or rural homes where we often build a longer-term

For older properties, you may wish to take advantage of our property health-check service,
where an independent agency will complete a report on the ‘saleabilty’ of your home.
Whilst we all believe our homes are beautiful, buyers of different nationalities sometimes
have very different priorities, and this service can make all the difference!
