Frozen product

Product description: Green peas, Carrots, French beans, White onion, Potato & Cooked Rice mixed together. Formed in to rectangular shape, coated with batter and bread crumbs, par fried and individually quick frozen.

Storage condition: Frozen at -18°C or below

Cooking Instruction: Remove required quantity of frozen Veg cutlet. Do not thaw. Deep fry at 180°C for 3 min. Drain off excess oil. Serve immediately.

Fried product

Recommended use: Serve hot. Veg Cutlet in a burger with mayonnaise, vegetables and toasted bun.
