MIGRATION OF OHSAS 18001:2007 TO ISO 45001:2018

• OHSAS 18001 will be withdrawn as the publication of ISO 45001:2018

• Organization currently certified to OHSAS will have 3 years transition period to

migrate to ISO 45001

• All certificates issued to OHSAS will no longer be valid after 28 February 2021

• The ISO 45001 is a high level structure to enhance compatibility and

alignment with other ISO management system standards, e.g. ISO 9001:2015

and ISO 14001:2015
