Introduction

Today the World is going through an environmental crisis caused by so many

years of accumulated contamination that has greatly affected the ozone layer, giving way

to what we know as global warming.

The World is changing and its inhabitants have more needs everyday; the

technological advances provide a more ‘comfortable’ planet, thanks to modern means of

transportation, fast communication systems and electronic equipments; we can have low

temperatures in hot climates and vice versa. Without all this, life would be very difficult

for today’s generations. The world’s population is growing at extraordinary speed which

means that each year the demands for basic needs will have a multiplying effect in

proportion to the volume of the population’s growth.

The lack of knowledge of some, attached to the absence of definitions of serious

and committed policies of all sectors, especially from those who make universal

decisions, have permitted that actual generations are putting into a “guaranteed” risk the

survival of future generations.

Big interests have tried, in irresponsible ways, to take away the substance out of

the call of recognized geologists, scientists and professionals, who have dedicated years

in studying the climatologic changes that has caused great human and environmental

catastrophes in different parts of the planet, such as: the Amazons, the glaciers, Hurricane

Katrina, the Kiribati, Tebua and Abanuea Islands, the Lohachara Island in India, to

mention only some examples.

Water, transportation, food, medicines, to sum up, all the basic needs are one way or the

other tied up to a form of electrical energy production or fuel production. For these

reasons, an exigency came up to create an energy production system that allow us to

satisfy all of our needs, that halts the damage being caused to the planet by the actual

systems of producing energy and fuel, and simultaneously contributes to the closure of

the existing hole in the ozone layer.

Vector Energy

The Vector Energy has the virtue of capturing all movements in the environment

to transform them into energy through the compression of air, which is being stored in

accumulator tanks. This air is compressed and in the process of its liberation, passes

through a high efficient air motor which is coupled to an electric generator producing

energy instantly. In this process there is no burning of flammable fossils and the end

results occur with zero emissions of contaminating gasses.

The VECTOR product uses the air as its only driving force. It can be stored in

tanks, or can be used for the direct production of energy, eliminating the high costs

and pollution of the battery banks used by other concepts of energy production or other

fuels.

Phases of the Vector Energy System

Sources of Vector Energy

The Vector Energy product is based on “the range of micro activities that together

create macro”. This process means that from all small movements, energy will be

obtained and combined to create a great amount of “Vector Energy”, energy in constant

growth. Vector Energy will be obtained from different sources.

The fact that all and every movement can be transformed and converted into

Vector Energy, allows us to capture the energy from the following sources:

1- The action of people walking - The special paving stones or tiles gather the

pounds of pressure produced by the human footsteps, which are directly

proportional to the weight that drives them, transforming it into energy.

2- Vehicle transit- the paving stones, tiles, plates and speed bumps, especially

designed to gather the pounds of pressure that each vehicle generates when

driving over them, transform those pounds of pressure into energy.

3- The movement of an elevator.

4- The movement of the sea waves. This energy source can be explained by the

effect that a floating object has in relation with the rise of the tide and the force of

gravity to obtain energy.

5- The fluid throughout the pipes.

6- The movement of ships.

7- The movement of opening and closing a door.

8- Eolic movements – This energy source consists in using the movement of the

windmills to compress air and produce energy, eliminating at the same time the

noxious use of battery banks.

9- Heat – The movement from heat to cold, and vice versa, allows energy

production.

It is necessary to indicate that the compressed air, when freeing itself, lowers to a

temperature that could reach 20 Degrees below zero, which can then be used to cool

down specific areas. This fact authorizes us to say that we rescue contaminated air,

by releasing it of CO2, and we produce cold temperatures at the exact moment the energy is produced. All of this at a relatively single cost. Some of these applications

are already known and, nevertheless, it is not until the creation of “Vector Energy” that

all of these virtues are successfully agglutinated into a single concept.

In conclusion, all movements can be transformed into energy.

The existence of infinite movements makes Vector Energy possible.

Advantages of the Vector Energy System

that the environment requires.

10- It can be produced in micro, median, and macro energy capacities.

11- It is the technology with the highest standard of qualification to enter the

Carbon Bonds Market.

12- The economic resources for their implementation and development are available in

the incentives that the Kyoto Agreement, the Carbon Bonds Market and the new climatic

treaties grant. These incentives are being associated with the National Security of the

United States of North America.

Efficiency

The Vector Energy System has the capacity to contribute to the rescue of the

environment and at the same time benefiting the people by generating 100% clean

energy.

Given the characteristics of the equipment used in the production of Vector

Energy, the frequency of maintenance is reduced mainly for two reasons: the low

temperatures in which the equipment operates and the few components in it, resulting in a

lower operational cost.

The efficiency of the Vector Energy System depends on taking advantage of

the following: The temperature when compressing the air, the temperature when air is expanded, the production of water, the production of oxygen and other gases, and the production of energy. All of this can be obtained in the same process, without

increasing the relative cost.

The confirmation of our exposition is sustained by recent scientific research

performed in Europe and in the United States. In the case of the United States a dramatic

improvement in the quality of air has been verified during the last decades. The data

revealed that when small particles of contamination in the air are smaller than 10

micrograms by cubic meter, the life expectancy increases by 31 weeks. Areas like

Akron, Ohio and Philadelphia showed decrease in air contamination. Consequently,

scientists concluded that the greater the reduction of contamination, the longer people

live (“Aire más limpio aumenta expectativa de vida: estudio EEUU”, Gene Emery

(“Cleaner air increases life expectancy: USA research”, our translation),

In the case of Puerto Rico, where the Vector Energy System headquarters are

located, a newspaper article (“El Nuevo Día”, section of “Puerto Rico Hoy”, Sunday

Dec./ 9 /2007, p 25), notes that by using a fuel with less than 0.5 sulfur, which does not

generate white smoke emissions, has resulted in a reduction of cancer cases around

adjacent areas to power plants; particularly in the Cataño, Guayama, Guayanilla, and

Salinas municipalities. According to the journalist, it has been found that when there is

sulfur in the atmosphere and it rains, acid aerosols are formed. These acid aerosols cause

respiratory tract irritation and they are also corrosive. If these are the effects obtained

after small precautions are taken, so that less smoke is generated from the electrical

energy plants, what could the effects be if these plants did not generate any

contaminants?

It would be a 100% beneficial to humanity if this Vector Energy product

becomes the main system for energy production.

Product Origin

How “O-MAR VECTOR ENERGY” started. Thanks to the creative power that

the All-mighty provided to the inventor, Mr. Omar de la Rosa, combined with the energy

needs of the Dominican Republic (his country of origin), and his technical qualifications

as an industry expert, the inventor initiates the first product development stage by the end

of the year 2003.

Mr. de la Rosa studies in the “Instituto Técnico Salesiano (ITESA)”, in Santo

Domingo, and in the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico, gave him the opportunity to

work with various theories, perform research, create models, and to make scale models,

that during three years turned into a solid base to begin the next development stage of the

renewable energy system. The testing stage only lasted a year, surpassing all the

reasonable doubts of the prototype operation with 100% successful results. However, the

process of obtaining the product patent approval was limiting the opportunities to

promote the invention through the media.

In 2006, Mr. de la Rosa offered the Vector Energy product to the Authority of

Aqueducts and Sewage (AAA) systems of Puerto Rico, through a dialog maintained with

the President, Engineer Jorge Rodriguez. At that time, Mr. Rodriguez challenged Mr. de

la Rosa to demonstrate that the product worked as claimed. Similar efforts were made to offer the renewable energy product to the Authority

of Electrical Power (AEE) Corporation of Puerto Rico, Mr. Rodriguez being the

president, in hopes that this product would help solve the energy needs of Puerto Rico

and its oil dependency. Faced with the challenge made by the president of the AAA and

the AEE, a dialogue with the manager of the AAA was sought, Engineer Raúl García, to

provide us with the opportunity to test the effectiveness and efficiency of the energy

system at any of the plants under his command.

Engineer Raul García, knowing of our capabilities for providing maintenance

services to the Authority of Aqueducts and Sewage (AAA) system’s equipment, authorized the installation of the Vector Energy product in the Arecibo’s AAA Water

Waste Treatment Plant. Being thankful for the visionary attitude of Eng. García by the

opportunity he offered us then, we initiated the creation of a second prototype of the

O-MAR VECTOR ENERGY (the energy of the present for the future), with the

participation of our Consultant and Engineer, Fremio de la Cruz, our Sales Manager Felix

M. Berroa and a kind and excellent support team.

Official Presentation at the Arecibo Plant in the presence of the AAA President, the

Area Director, and a Representative of the Governor of Puerto Rico.

The presentation and testing of the Vector Energy product, completed before

senior executives of the AAA Corporation, successfully produced 5 Kw./h and re-

confirmed two important facts: the energy product effect in reducing the

temperature and the total control obtained in the quality of the air released,

immediately transforming the odor in the environment, among other effects.

At the present time we are confident that the executives of the Authority of

Aqueducts and Sewage Corporation of Puerto Rico (AAA), consider the transformation

agency’s Water Waste Treatment Plant of the Arecibo region from an oil dependant

electrical system to an Auto Sustainable Technology, such as the Vector Energy product,

which is capable of producing 300 Kw./h. The project development is in a waiting stage

since the AAA Corporation needs to identify the budget source for our proposal. From

our point of view and knowledge, the project’s budget could be obtained from Carbon

Bonds, private investments or both.

In addition to the Vector Energy invention, Mr. Omar de la Rosa has in his record

over 100 patents waiting to be registered. We are mentioning only a few of the variety

registered patents under his name: RACK-OM-MAGIC Vehicle (5 in one), Automatic

Scum Removal System and Method, and the First Polytechnic University of Puerto

Rico Robot.

Mr. de la Rosa’s invention projects have been financially sustained by the two

small businesses which he presides, Development & Engineering Products and In Place

Engineering. Both companies have been in the Puerto Rico market for over 15 years

serving the AAA Corporation to meet the needs of complex equipment innovation and

repairs, also serving other Puerto Rico Government’s agencies and private enterprises.

This is the place where the Vector Energy product was first introduced. The

picture shows the first prototype, next to the electrical generator, built by Development

Engineering Products. The electrical generator soon will be modified from its gas energy

production capability to a Vector Energy (compressed air) generator.

Conclusion

We understand there is not another energy source more economical and

ecological than AIR, considering that in its capture under the Vector Energy System no

intervention of burning fuel occurs, with zero contaminating emissions, while at the same

time the existing air is being decontaminated.

If the big problem of the humanity and the planet is the excess of air pollution,

attached to the need of energy production and fuel, versus the cost of satisfying this need-

problem, in all modesty and based on the physical and mathematical laws (that sustain

our technology), considering its great creators Arquimedes, Newton, Pascal, there does

not exist at this moment a medium or long term solution for this need-problem of global

warming more viable than the one presented by ‘O-MAR VECTOR ENERGY’.

Why use energy generation systems and fuels that are noxious to life on earth and

therefore for all those who live on it? The time has come when the living forces that

inhabit this beautiful part of the universe must start making transcendental decisions in

matters of ecology, environment and energy. “In this short life time, we must avoid

being judged by history, since we will be permanently present in the future” (Felix M.

Berroa, 01/31/2008).

About the Inventor

The Vector Energy System has been invented by Mr. Omar de la Rosa De Los

Santos. Mr. de la Rosa was born on January 21, 1963 in San Juan de la Maguana, in the

Dominican Republic. Upon graduating in 1982 from the ‘Instituto Técnico Salesiano’

(ITESA), he moved the same year to Puerto Rico and established his residence in the city

of San Juan. He studied at the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico, from 1988 to

1992. The idea of this invention occurred to Mr. de la Rosa while observing the energy

production crisis suffered by his native country. Then, a name for the product came up:

“Vector Energy”, the same name he gave to his invention.
