Instructions For Use

Fully insert the bullet tip into the sheath until there is no gap betweentipandsheath.

Open the grasping forceps, insertthegraftandclosethegraspingforceps.(Thegraftmaybesuturedtotheforcepsifpreferred.)

Slidetheassembledsheathandbullettipontothetunnelinginstrumentuntilitisseatedonthehandle.

Carefully secure the tunneling sheath,andgentlypullthegraspingforcepshandledrawingthegraftintothesheath.

Position Tunneler.ApplyForcealongthedirectionofthetunneler.Avoidreversingthe tunneler.

Oncethegraftisentirelyinsidethe sheath, release it from the grasping forceps.

Once the tunneler is in place, remove the bullet tip from the sheathexposingthegraspingforceps.

Securetheendofthegraftandgentlyremovethetunnelersheath. The graft is now in position.

Note:Followstandardsurgicaltechniquetocreateentranceandexitincisionsforthetunneler.
