Based on Waterfall approach, Project is intended towards Convergence of the data from various sources into one central storage Data warehouse.
Roles – ETL Test Engineer & Release Coordinator
Responsibilities – 1. Interacting with Business Analysts to understand the Functional
requirements.2. Building Test Scenarios from the requirements understood.3. Writing Test Cases & mapping them to the corresponding requirements in
ALM.4. Validating the data loaded in various tables, as per the Business
transformations.5. Using a Java- Based web Tool to adjust the existing records or error correct
the bad data.6. Performing System Integration Testing - logging defects on the issues
encountered while doing database & functional tests on User Interface.7. Actively participating in Business meetings with the On-shore teams.8. Coordinating with Automation Test Engineer in automating the Java-Based

Agile based project intended towards migrating the data landed in Oracle database to Teradata in an Integrated Consumer Data Warehouse, Using various ETL Tools.
Role – ETL Tester
Responsibilities – 1. Writing Test scripts for various applications (like, Balance Transfer) post
understanding of requirements.2. Loading the data available in a flat file to the database using Informatica
mappings.3. Comparing and validating large amount of data loaded in various tables
using a Java –Based Data Comparator tool.4. Raising defects in ALM for the issues encountered during Testing.
