Transfer of Equity Shares of the Company to Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority

Shareholders are hereby informed that pursuant to the provisions of Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 ("the Rules") the final div idend declared for the financial year 2012-13, which remained unclaimed for a period of seven years wi ll be c redited to the IEPF within 30 days from the due date of transfer. T he corresponding shares on which dividend was unclaimed for seven consecutive years w ill also be transferred as perthe procedure set out in the Rules.

The Company will not transfer such shares to the IEPF where there is a specific order of Court /tribunal restraining any transfer of such shares or where the shares are hypothecated I pledged under the Depositories Act, 1996.

In view of the COVID-1 9 Pandemic across the world, the Company shall dispatch the notices to the shareholders who have not claimed their dividend for seven consecutive years or more, once normalcy resumes and t ime still permits. The shareholders may further note that the details made available by the Company on its website should be regarded and shall be deemed adequate notice in respect of issue of duplicate share certificate(s) by the Company for the purpose of transfer of shares to IEPF.

In case the Company does not receive any communication from the concerned shareholders on or before 24th October, 2020 the Company with a v iew to adhering with the requirements of the Rules, transfer the dividend to the IEPF w ithin 30 days from the due date of transfer.

The corresponding shares on which dividend is unclaimed for seven consecutive years shall also be transferred without any further notice.

The Borrower/Guarantors/ Mortgagor are hereby given 15 days mandatory notice t o pay the t otal outstanding of loan along w it h interest and expenses before the date of auction, fail ing which the property will be auctioned and balance if any, will be recovered with interest and cost from them by legal avenues as per law. 3. The Service Provider will provide all necessary training and assistance before commencement of on line bidding on Internet without cost to buyers/bidders. The onlinetraining will be provided over the phone.

4. The propert)' mentioned hereinabove and the documents related thereto can be inspected on 6~ August, 2020 between 11.00 A.M. and 04.00 P.M. Person(s) I interested bidder may contact the Authorized officer to co-ordinate with the inspection process.

5. The bidder shall improve their offers in multiples oftl ,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only). 6. The highest bid will be subject to approval of the Authorized Officer. 7. price as rosin the name of the owner of the property and remitto Income Tax Department as per section 194 IA of the Income Tax and only 99'lr.of the sale amount has to be ri:mittedtotheFl.

The successful purchaser, on payment of entire sale price as above and on completion of sale fonnalities, shall be issued a sale certificate for the property as per format prescribed under SARFAESI Act & Rules 2002 only on receipt of form no. 2608 and Challan for having remitted the ros. 11. Any statutory I Revenue I and other dues payable and due on the property shall be borne by the Purchaser. The offers not confinning to the terms of sale shall be rejected. The llFL reserves its rights to reject any or all of the offers or accept offer for one rece1Ved without assigning any reasons. whatsoever.

On completion of the auction, the successful bidder I purchaser shall deposit 25% Oess the EMO amount paid) of the Bid price immediately (i.e on the same day or next

wor1<ing day) and balance 75% within 15 days from date of sale of property or such within such period as agreed between Secured creditor and the auction purchaser (not exceeding 3 months). failing wlhich llFL shall forfeit the ent ire amount already paid I deposited by the purchaser. In case of default in payment, the property shall atthe discretion of Authorized Officer I secured creditor be sold to second highest bidder or re-sold and the default ing purchaser shall not have any claim. This 1s also a mandatory notice of 30 days as per the provisions of the Act to the borrowers I guarantors /mortgagors of above accounts informing them about holding of sale/auction on aforesaid dates and to redeem the assets, if so desire by them, by paying the secured debt mentioned hereinabove before the scheduled auction.

14. Authorized officer reserves the ri9ht to cancel the sale for any reason it may deem fit or even without assigning any reason and such cancellation shall not be called in question by the bidders.
