Description Entrance The main entrance is via a heavy-Duty glass door. Next to the door are two fixed windows. For easy

access a solid stairway is included. All can be altered, and custom made for the client with a surcharge. Technical area The technical area is covered with white HPL furniture board. The technical area includes a drip tray

under the mounting position of the HVAC units. The technical area provides space for all hydraulic

components to operate the units. These components are 2x 12V batteries, oil tank, valves and

controls. Also, the technical area provides space for the HVAC system. The technical area is accessible

by a swing door. Fully Automatic High-end Hydraulic system The Fully Automatic High-end hydraulic system is divided into two systems. System 1 is related to

the 4 hydraulically operated support legs that will lift the unit from the chassis. System 2 is related

to the cylinders that slide the 2 side wall sections out. The complete operation is done using a

remote control.

HVAC The HVAC system uses an external unit and 2 indoor units. The 2 indoor units are mounted under

the ceiling. Capacity systems of approx. 5KW each (total capacity approx.10KW). All systems are

based on a multi split design. The internal settings, such as Air-conditioning are set by a remote

control. All latest environmental conditions are included.

Electrical & IT installation Against the indoor wall section of the technical area the main distribution panel is mounted. The

electrical system is rated 400V/50Hz. The following 230V and IT equipment is included: 4x 230V sockets 6x 230V for various equipment; 2x RJ45 data connections and Router

Lighting LED lighting is provided throughout the unit.

Floor An insulated floor finish will be applied over the steel frame construction. Thickness of

the wooden floor finish is approx. 30mm. The foldable floor sections are also insulated

with sandwich material.

Walls & Roof The side walls and the roof are constructed out of sandwich insulated panels. The

panels are seamless and have the highest insulation value.

Ceiling & Operation Light The middle section of the unit is covered with a finished ceiling and integrated

Operation Light. Slide out section finished in a sandwich finish.

Internal walls The internal walls are covered with a medical rated wallpaper finish which is commonly

used in hospitals environments.

Furniture & Medical Devices and Consumables Cabinet wall including sink, upper and lower cabinets. Water supply via direct input or with storage tanks and a low voltage pump. Against the side wall are upper cabinets which are considered for storage. A work top for the surgical related equipment is

installed. The final configuration will be agreed together with the end user.

Locks All doors executed with a similar safety lock (one key operation). A minimum of 9 keys

are supplied.

Externally The complete unit is spray painted in two colours. A wrap is added to the roof

corners. Graphics: To be confirmed by the client.
