Located in Canada Place along with Cruise Ship Terminal and Pan Pacific Hotel.
Total 12400 Sq. M. area including 8500 Sq. M. of column-free dividable Exhibition Hall.
West Building
1860 Sq. M. of per Function Space. Adjacent to Canada Place. 20485 Sq. M. of flexible Exhibition Space divisible into
3 halls. 22 Loading Bays with Dock Levelers and Ramp for
convenient drive on access. 5700 Sq. M. area on land and 32000 Sq. M. on water.
Sustainability Features
5 Acre of Living Roof with more than 40000 native Plants.
Portable water use reduced by 60-70% by using on Site Black Water Treatment and Desalinization, Shoreline and Marine Habitat Restoration.
Constant Temperature of seawater used to Moderate Heating & Cooling.
