The Dream

It has been my vision for years to create a lasting resource in the community.

Through my forty-eight years of continual public service, I have come to realize the potential of many programs working in concert to change lives and attitudes.

Vance Community Partners, Inc. is prepared to match their experience with need in the community and replace low expectations with excellence.

Vance Community Partners, Inc. is in the process of renovating a spacious building adjacent to the Vance Center building.

The professional staff of VCP, Inc. is in the planning phases of a workshop curriculum to strengthen the relationships and critical communications between the community, our fellow service organizations and the law enforcement community.

Combining their technological expertise, their interest in aviation, and their abiding respect for both young and aging adults, Vance Community Partners, Inc. will be able to affect and educate our eager clients with a 20 seat tech center, workshops on various aspects of aviation in conjunction with Spitfire Airfield and the Tuskegee Airmen, and many other topical exercises joining technology and the justice system.

Launching the organization with a gala and an ad book seems the best way to thank our support system members in advance for their dedication and generous contributions.

While the foundation is recently regis-tered, it has been years in the planning stages and many, many individuals and groups have recognized the dedication of Oscar Vance and his ability to bring all of the resources together.

On the 15th of November 2012 Vance Community Partners, Inc. will hold its LAUNCH GALA and 1st Annual Empowerment Celebration.

The mission of Vance Community Partners, Inc. is to help bridge the gaps among adults, youth and our partner organizations in the community.

This year we’re committed to launching our many programs and I’m asking you to help.

We are currently contacting people who have expressed interest in improving community affairs and we are requesting your support.
