Cutting Instructions:

From Jewel: One 2” x 10” strip

From Cobalt: One 2” x 10” strip

From Lagoon: Two 3 1/2” squares

From Lava: Two 3 1/2” squares

Instructions:• Sew the Jewel and Cobalt strips together using a 1/4” seam. Press and cut into 2” wide

pieces. Alternate the location of colors and sew together to create a 3 1/2” 4-patch square and then press.

• Fold the Lagoon fabric square diagonally and place it in the corner of the Lava block.• Sew a 4-patch square to the Lava/Lagoon square.• Repeat for the remaining two blocks.• Sew the two units of 4 Patch and the Lava/Lagoon fabrics together.• Roll the Lagoon triangle back and sew a single decorative stitch in the middle to hold the

fold in place and to create a curve.
