Our inaugural 2011 Bridal Expo was such a huge success, its back by popular demand and will be held as a bi‐annual event. As a valued local wedding business, we take this opportunity to invite you to join us for an informative and fun day showcasing your products and services in our famous and historical ‘Woolshed’ and beautiful lush grounds of Valla Beach Tourist Park, positioned majestically alongside Deep Creek. The Bridal Expo gives brides‐to‐be, a chance to sample the best of the local wedding industry under one roof. It’s a great platform to present your business to the larger community as you network with other wedding professionals and build strong working relationships. Your participation in this inspirational day is a cost effective way to increase your business and customer base. For a small outlay it’s a great marketing and promotional strategy that gives results and a positive experience.

EVENT PROGRAM

• Exhibitors register before 1 July 2013 to secure their position.

• Visitor entry – gold coin donation

• Children under 5 are free

• Visitors receive a door raffle ticket on entry with chance to win excellent prizes end of day

• Exhibitor donations are welcome and encouraged to include in our raffles (please advise)

• Beauty and hair demonstrations held in morning

• Interactive displays and demonstrations

• A beautiful bridal gown fashion parade will be held as a finale

• Guests are welcome to use the swimming pool and/or jumping castle (big & little kids)

• Guests will receive a glass of champagne or punch on arrival

• Our licensed bar will be open for refreshments (alcohol sold only for 18+ years)

• Grandmor Catering are serving delicious food samples throughout the day! Yummo!

• Approx. 50 wedding exhibitions will be on display in the ‘Woolshed’ and grounds

• Live music from talented wedding singers during event

HISTORY OF VALLA BEACH TOURIST PARK Formerly known as Valla Beach Resort, we were established in 1970. The unique, historical buildings are in their original condition, consisting of high ceilings and rustic timber beams giving the venue a warm, earthy, romantic feel. Our famous ‘Woolshed’ is a very large open style room with verandahs on all sides. It opens out to the surrounding grounds and receives pleasant breezes from the river and ocean. Positioned alongside Deep Creek, it’s just a short walk across a bridge and boardwalk to meet the pristine beach surrounded by national park. You will find many peaceful natural areas protected by lush green forest, golden sands and sparkling blue water. The location is ideal for ceremonies and photography and is easily accessible for young and old. From ceremony to reception Valla Beach Tourist Park is the perfect wedding and special event venue with comfortable and affordable accommodation, beautiful grounds, drinks from licensed bar and a bistro for breakfast, lunch and dinner (trading during peak periods and for private functions) along, there’s also a kiosk for basics and lots of fun activities for the whole family.
