180 STEP BY STEP

STEP 01 Fit the fairlead onto the long tube on the right of the frame, as shown.

STEP 02 Push the fairlead into the holes next to the one fitted in Stage 50.

STEP 03 Align the posts of the plate with the indicated holes in the right side of the frame, below the fairleads.

STEP 04 Push the plate into

position.

STEP 05 Insert the two caps into the circled holes at the rear of the right side of the frame.

STEP 06 Here is how the caps should look when in position.

STEP 07 Fit the 95mm and 75mm tubes onto the rounded ends of the two of the Lambda probe plugs.

STAGE COMPLETE This is how the assembly should look at the end of this stage.

STEP 01 Insert the pump coupling into the indicated hole in the lever, as shown.

STEP 02 Place the cap onto the hydraulic pump. Secure with glue if necessary.

STEP 03 Place the pump onto the pump bracket.

STEP 04 Insert the

spring inside the pump.

STEP 06 Fit the lever and bracket together, inserting the pin into the spring (arrow).

STEP 07 Fix the lever to the bracket with the screw. Don’t overtighten the screw, so the lever can still move freely.

STEP 05 Prepare the bracket and lever, as well as a type G screw. The arrows indicate how the parts fit together.

STEP 01 Take the rear brake assembly (Stage 52) and locate the two holes in the foot plate and the corresponding pins on the brake assembly (circled).

STEP 02 Fit the two pieces together, as shown.

STEP 04 Take the right footpeg and fit it to the assembly, as shown.

STEP 03 Now locate the pins on the upper plate and the corresponding holes in the brake assembly.

STEP 05 Fit the brake lever control into the front of the lever.

STEP 06 Take the rear brake assembly and fit the two holes at

the front over the two corresponding holes

inside the frame.


STEP 07 Fix the assembly to the frame with the two type K screws.

STEP 01 Retrieve the Lambda probe plug with the 75mm tube from Stage 51. Connect the free end to the Lambda probe of the inner right manifold.

STEP 03 Fit the Lambda probe plug with the 95mm tube and fix it to the outer right manifold.

STEP 02 Now fix the plug to the

plate fixed in Stage 51.

STEP 04 Fix the plug to the plate.
