Christmas party procedures:

• To make your booking please telephone our Christmasco-ordinator on 01443 665803.

• A £20 per person, non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required within 14 days ofmaking your booking.

• If no deposit is received within this period, the date(s)will automatically be released.

• One cheque per party payable to: Vale Hotel Ltd.

• Booking confirmation and receipts of monies paid willbe forwarded to you within seven days of beingreceived.

• Final confirmation of numbers, menu choices and finalpayment must be received at least one month prior toyour booking.

• We will endeavour to book table reservations as closeto your nominated time as possible.

• The management reserves the right to makealterations without prior notice.

• Deposits, part-payments and full payments are non-refundable.

• All accommodation bookings must be confirmed inwriting, a £50 per room non-refundable deposit isrequired.
