User profiles and Mailbox auto configuration (Version 2.1)
NS1000 provides a feature to create user profiles and mailboxes same as the extension number by a simple operation.
Select the following options.-Create User profiles and mailboxes for all extensions
- Re-create all mailboxes(After the existing mailbox is deleted, a new mailbox is created. (It adds it to the existing “User profiles” and “mailboxes. )(It adds it to the existing “User profiles” and “mailboxes. )
Caution :All mailboxes and voice data will be deleted.)

Wired (PT/SLT) EXT
Wireless (PS) EXT
ISDN EXT (2XX Wildcard Extension numbering : In this case, without the target.)
IP EXT
Condition of creating relation between Mailbox, EXT and User profile.
1) While Mailbox number and EXT number is matched.

2) System will not change relation
if same relation of these information already assigned.

Condition of Mailbox auto creation is not working
1) Mailbox number begins-with number match existing EXT number.
Target mail box; Subscriber's mailbox number, Interview mailbox and Mailbox Group
mailbox assigned for Automatic Two-way Recording
Message Manager’s maillbox:998), System Manager’s mailbox:999
2) While EXT number has only 1 digits (thus min Mailbox number is 2 digits)
3) Total mailbox number exceed 1024 for 1 NS cabinet. (Except Interview mailbox and Mailbox Group)
Condition of User profiles auto creation is not working
1) Login Account and Login ID has been allocated for other user.
2) EXT number has been allocated to other profile.
1) and 2) These meanings that
Login Account, Login ID and the number of the target has already been allocated.
3) Exceed more than max user profile number ( 1512 ) .
