 Through my work as Young Professional for Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty and as National Partnership

Officer for Humana People to People India's Microfinance Project, I have built a strong record of noteworthy

attainments in increasingly more responsible management positions and raised sub-debt of Rs 2 Crore from SIDBI

under IMEF Assistance and held leadership roles in organizing committees of SARAS, DWCRA Bazaar and

Nagaram (recent Gail gas blowout village) Model Village Survey during my short career.

 Along with a post graduate diploma in rural management (PGDRM) from Xavier Institute of Management,

Bhubaneswar, one of the premier B-Schools of India and 19 months of hands-on experience in partnership building

for microfinance project, fishery livelihood promotion and skill development, I have the capability to become a core

member of your team. During my post-graduation, I have acquainted myself with a range of skills that would allow

 Young Professional November 2013 to present (11 Months)Project Undertaken: Fishery Value Chain Development Godavari Mahasamakhya(GMS)

  Development of Fisher women producer group with sole objective of enhancing their livelihood income through fishery value chain development with strong focus on backward linkage first and simultaneously focusing on forward linkage.Responsibilities included:

  Formation of Fisher women producer groups and providing them skill development trainings

   Writing livelihood asset creation proposals for NFDB and other possible partners

  Micro enterprise development, market linkages, capacity building & livelihood promotion

 Achievements:

  Successfully negotiated and raised funds from NFDB for livelihood asset creation i.e., transportation vehicles, solarfreezers, small scale productive infrastructure etc.

Project Undertaken: Traditional Rural Artisan Clusters

  Development of rural artisan clusters with sole objective of increasing their livelihood income in the domain area whichincludes handicrafts and handlooms. 

Project Undertaken: Nagaram - Model Village Survey

  Member of the Project Implementation/Survey Team of a State Govt. project called "Nagaram-Model Village" andsuccessfully conducted real time data collection and capture through Tablet. The project is to understand the habitation,social, economic, health and livelihood related status of the Nagaram village of East Godavari where the GAIL gaspipeline blowout accident was occurred on 27th June 2014 to develop it as a model village.

Project Undertaken: SARAS, DWCRA Bazaar and Mini DWCRA Bazaar 

  Led Organizing Team of SARAS Exhibition - 2014, which not only provide a platform for the rural artisans to markettheir products in an urban setting but also plays a vital role in helping artisans improve the sale of their products andunderstanding consumer preferences held at Visakhapatnam from 26th Sept to 07th Oct, 2014.

  Led Organizing Team of Mini DWCRA Bazzar –  2014 held at Kakinada from 11th Sept to 14th Sept, 2014

  Organizing team member of DWCRA BAZAAR –  2014, which provide a platform for the rural artisans to market theirproducts in an urban setting which held at Shilparamam, Hyderabad from 18th July to 27th

 July 2014 to provide marketing opportunities for SHG enterprises.Project Undertaken : Andhra Pradesh Rural Inclusive Growth Project (APRIGP) in collaboration with World Bank

   Wrote Fishery Value Chain component in Project Implementation Plan of APRIGP aiming on a comprehensive multi-dimensional poverty alleviation strategy by focusing equally on the Livelihoods Value Chain and HD Indicators.
