The tentative inter-se seniority list of officers holding schedule-II posts of Pondicherry Civil
Services on regular basis (other than Superintendent cadre) was circulated vide reference cited
and objections were invited.
2. Based on certain representations, a revised tentative inter-se seniority list of officers
holding schedule-II posts of Pondicherry Civil Services on regular basis (other than Superintendent
cadre) is drawn as under, based on the date of regularization of the officers in their respective

2. Objections, if any, to the above revised tentative inter-se seniority list assigned to the
officers may be submitted so as to reach this Department within 15 days from the date of issue of
this order. While doing so, it may be stated whether any case has been filed by him / her or else
any order / directions has been obtained from the Tribunal / Court disputing the seniority assigned
to the officers in their respective cadre. If no objection is received within the stipulated time, it
would be presumed that the officers concerned have nothing to represent in the matter and the
Department will finalize the inter-se seniority accordingly. M
