Ein Bericht in Kürze: “Bei Sanierungsarbeiten einer Abwasserkanalisation bekam ein Kunde beim Spritzen des Betons Probleme. Der Gebrauch einer Schneckenpumpe SP11DMR mit einer 40m Leitung war zu zeitaufwendig und es ging zu langsam voran. André De Meyer, Geschäftsführer von MMB Machines, besichtigte die Baustelle. Seine Idee, eine Kolbenpumpe Putzmeister P715 mit einer deutlich längeren Leitung in Kombination mit einer Putzmeister P715 mit einer deutlich längeren Leitung in Kombination mit einer Putzmeister P715 SP11 zu benutzen, erwies sich in einem Test bis 100m Entfernung als erfolgreich. Der Bauunternehmer sah in der Sache Wettbewerbsvorteile und gab sofort eine neue Maschine in Auftrag. Die resultierende Idee, die Beton-pumpe mit einem Betonmischer zu erweitern und zusammen mit dem hydraulischen Lift-System durch den-selben Dieselmotor antreiben zu lassen, wurde in die Tat umgesetzt. Die war geboren. Mo-mentan hat der Unternehmer drei Pumpen im Einsatz und erreicht Weiten bis zu je 260m in der Kanalisation. Die Entfernung, die vorher mit einer Schneckenpumpe abgelegt werden konnte, hat sich versiebenfacht!”

Das Endresultat kann sich zu aller Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden sehen lassen.

A story in a nutshell: “A contractor communicates a problem regarding the spraying of concrete during sewer renovations. He was using a worm pump SP11 DMR with a 40m pipeline but wasn’t able to meet his daily objectives. André De Meyer – business manager of MMB machines – offers his help and takes off to the construction site. The idea of using a double-acting pump Putzmeister P 715 in combination with an Putzmeister P 715 in combination with an Putzmeister P 715 SP11 resulted in a successful test over 100 meters distance. The contractor sees the great potential and asks if the two could be combined into one unit. A challenge we gladly accepted! A few weeks later the first prototype was finished. The result? A one diesel engine that drives the concrete pump, the mixing system and the hydraulic tilting cylinders. The

was born! Currently, the contractor owns three pumps and can spray different products over 260 meters with just one machine. Nearly seven times further than he initially could with the worm pump!“
