Op dat moment komt de koopovereenkomst tot standb Iedere aspirant-koper wordt geacht in eigen naam en voor eigen rekening te bieden, tenzij de aspirant-koper voor de veiling aan de veilinghouder meedeelt voor welke opdrachtgever hij/zij handeltc een ieder die ter veiling biedingen wil uitbrengen dient zich voor de veiling te registreren door een registratieformulier in te vullen. Hierop wordt een biednummer uitgegevend de koper verklaart met het aanvragen van een bied-nummer bekend te zijn met de staat en conditie van de lots in veiling

OPGELDDe koper is aan Boven’s Veiling een opgeld verschuldigd van 23,8% incl. btw van de hamerprijs

BETALINGDe koper dient terstond na veiling de koopprijs te voldoen, bij gebreke waarvan hij in verzuim isBetalingen kunnen kontant of per pin-automaat gedaan wordenPaypal wordt geaccepteerd, hiervoor wordt 3,4% van het totaalbedrag in rekening gebracht

AFGIFTE EN RISICO VAN DE KAVELEerst na volledige betaling van de koopsom, veilingkosten en btw wordt de kavel afgegeven. Direkt na toewijzing van de kavel aan de koper is alle risico ten opzichte van de kavel voor rekening van de koper

Boven’s Veiling are acting as representatives for the seller and are not obliged to disclose the name of the seller to the intending buyer or buyerThe buyer is the person accepted as the highest bidderThe hammer price is the highest amount accepted by the auctioneer for a lotThe purchase price is the hammer price plus vat

THE BUYERIs the person accepted as the highest bidder by Bovens. the decision whether or not to accept a bid shall be made by the auctioneer. The purchase agreement comes into being at the moment when Bovens accept a bid as the highest bidEach bidder is deemed to bid in his own name and for his own accountAnyone wishing to bid at a sale must fill out and sign a registration form before the sale beginsBy registering buyer declares to have convinced him/herself of the state and condition of the lots he/she bids on.

PREMIUMA buyers premium shall be payable by the buyer to Boven’s Veiling at a rate of 23,8% inclusive vat of the hammer price

PAYMENTIf no arrangements with Bovens have been made the buyer shall pay the purchase price to Bovens at the day of the sale, failing which he shall be in defaultPaypal is accepted, 3,4% will be charged over the amount to be paid.

RELEASE OF LOTSThe title to the lot shall not pass to the buyer until he has fully paid the purchase priceThe buyer shall be liable for the cost of removal, storage and insurance of any lot that has not been taken away by him within three days of the sale date
