Construction Project Management Graduate Certificate VOILAND COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING AND ARCHITECTURE Engineering and Technology Management ETM’s Construction Project Management Certificate provides the skills needed to be a proficient construction project manager. Upon completion, students will be able to (i) apply the principles of project management to successfully manage projects involving on-site construction and shop fabrication, (ii) manage projects as a representative of an owner or agent, a general contractor, or a subcontractor in a commercial or government contracting environment, and (iii) have an understanding of how to learn, analyze, and apply new and evolving techniques of project management for the future. Washington State University Online Master’s and Graduate Certificate Program The graduate certificate requires the following courses (12 credits): ¨ EM 508 Legal Concepts for Engineering and Technical Managers ¨ EM 520 Contract Project Management ¨ EM 522 Leadership, Supervision, and Management ¨ EM 564 Project Management Course descriptions and syllabi can be found at etm.wsu.edu.
