By 2020, we want to see every middle and high school in San Diego County partnered with a local church. This means we must partner with 25 schools per year in order to reach all 280 middle and high schools in the County by 2020. Partnering with every secondary school in San Diego County gives us the best chance of reaching the 400,000 students in the public education system.

GROWTH + PHILOSOPHYGrowth ProjectionUYC’s operating budget for 2013 is $250,000 from all sources. UYC must grow annual cash revenue and in-kind goods by 15% per year in order to meet its goals. We will accomplish this through a diversi!ed development strategy that involves churches, parachurch groups, individuals, businesses, founda-tions, and applicable government grants.

Ministry PhilosophyWe will work collaboratively with every person and group that shares the compelling vision God has given us. As we are faithful to what God has asked us to do, we believe He will bring the relationships and !nances to accomplish our kingdom assignment.
