5. ALL DEMOLITION WORK REQUIRED IS NOT LIMITED TO THAT INDICATED ON PLAN. THE INTENT IS TO REMOVE ALL MECHANICAL,ELECTRICAL, AND ARCHITECTURAL ITEMS TO FACILITATE NEW CONSTRUCTION. PATCH AND REPAIR AS REQUIRED TOACCOMMODATE NEW CONSTRUCTION.

6. ANY WORK WHICH INTERFERES, OR CAUSES INTERRUPTION OF SERVICES, INCLUDING THE SHUTDOWN OF UTILITIES, SHALL BEPERFORMED AT A TIME APPROVED BY THE OWNER OR OWNERS REPRESENTATIVE.

13. CONTRACTOR TO PROTECT ADJACENT AREAS FROM DUST, DEBRIS, EXCESSIVE NOISE, OR DISRUPTION OF DAILY OPERATIONS. ANYWORK THAT WILL DISRUPT THE OWNERS ACTIVITIES SHALL BE COORDINATED WITH THE OWNER.

14. ALL DEBRIS CAUSED BY DEMOLITION AND CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE CLEARED AND REMOVED FROM SITE ON A DAILY BASIS.15.
