Device carried to vehicle & docked in truck mount. GPS functionality provides navigational guidance and asset tracking for utility.
Vehicle
Tablet undocked onsite and carried to equipment for inspection. BCS or RFID reader used to identify equipment and capture information. Video camera used to interact with SME or capture information in collaborative session. Results sent back to training for incorporation into educational materials. GPS and pictures recorded and distributed back to EAM system automatically, when connectivity is available. Schematics support inspection and repair; technician completes documentation closes the work order at the jobsite. After repairs are made, notes entered, work order closed and complete packet sent back to main office in real time. Tech receives updated service order request via integration with dispatch & scheduling software.

Bridging the Gap Between Users and IT With Purpose-built Business Platforms

The Changing Workforce @ Intel–
A Younger Generation
Entering an often technology- complacent environment
• Many IT shops have stagnant employment bases
• Flat or downward budgets limit IT’s flexibility
• Home usage models not always viewed as viable in corporate space
Can actually help redefine how you work
• Instant messaging as an example
• New forms of collaboration
Can limit productivity as much as enable it
• Uses Instant Messaging instead of face-to-face conversation
• If it doesn’t show up in an Internet search, does it really exist?

Software and workloads used in performance tests may have been optimized for performance only on Intel® microprocessors. Performance tests, such as SYSmark* and MobileMark, are measured
using specific computer systems, components, software, operations, and functions. Any changes to any of those factors may cause the results to vary. You should consult other information and
performance test to assist you in fully evaluating your contemplated purchases, including the performance of that product when combined with other products. All products, dates, and figures specified
are preliminary based on current expectations and are subject to change without notice.
