Go to www.ShoemakerHVAC.com

Click the Login/Signup button

If you already have an account, enter your login

information and proceed to page 5

If you do not have a login, click the Sign Up tab

Enter your information, check the Terms and

Conditions box, and click Submit

* Note: Creating a login will not work without a Customer Code. If you’re

unsure of your customer code, just ask your salesman!

You will receive a verification email shortly

Click the link in the verification email to

complete the sign-up process

Return to www.ShoemakerHVAC.com

Click the Login/Signup button

Enter your account information and click Submit

* If you see “Logout” in the top right of the screen, you are logged in!

USING THE WEBSTORE

Click the Web Store button

From the web store page, you can search for specific products or sort them by

category or brand

Each category has more detailed sub-categories to help you find what you need

To add a product to your cart, enter a quantity and click the blue shopping cart

*The shopping cart will turn orange where you have a specific product in your cart

To see more detailed information about a product, click the product number

You can add the selected product to your cart by entering a quantity and clicking the blue shopping cart

*The shopping cart will turn orange where you have a specific product in your cart

To view your cart at any time, click the cart total in the top right of the screen and click “Cart”

In your Cart, you can update the quantity of products, remove products, and create bundles

If you want to checkout, click Checkout

In your cart, click the Bundles button to get to your bundles

Click the Bundles dropdown to see previously created bundles,

or click New Bundle to create a new bundle

When creating a new bundle, give your bundle a name and click

Save Bundle

To add to your bundle, select it from the dropdown

Begin typing the part number of the product you want to

add and select it from the dropdown

Repeat this step as many times as needed!

Products added will appear in below

The bundle will auto-save as you add

products

To edit your bundle, click the Edit Mode button

While in Edit Mode, you can rearrange the order of your products or delete them from the list

You must click the Save button for your changes to take effect

To add items from a bundle to your cart, select a

quantity and click the cart button next to each

To delete your bundle, click the Delete button

You will be asked to confirm

With Bundles, you can save frequently bought items together, or

as a pre-saved, frequently purchased cart!

Bundles help you save time on searching for items each time you want to make a purchase.

To view check out at any time, click the cart total in the top right of the screen and click “Checkout”

When checking out, enter your PO# and Job Name and click Next

Enter your shipping information. You must choose a ship via option and date

If shipping to a job site or shop, confirm the address

Enter any notes about your order in the notes section

Review your order and click Submit Order

You will receive an email confirmation of

your order
