Introduction:
This paper is focusing on employing rating systems to guide the
process of the operation and maintenance for buildings. The LEED
fundamental commissioning is discussed briefly while a detailed
explanation for the processes, tasks and responsibilities of each
stakeholder in building projects is presented.

Introduction:
Rating systems are groups of
requirements for projects. Each
group is geared towards the unique
needs of a project. Projects earn
points to satisfy green building
requirements. Within each of the
LEED credit categories, projects
must satisfy prerequisites and earn
points

Commissioning:
While the focus of the commissioning includes individual equipment
or systems, it is considered a holistic approach emphasizing the
connections between components and the overall building energy
efficiency .
Commissioning assure having a good level of maintenance,
