In this step, you will set up what you want to receive from Twitter.
Click on “search operators” to learn how to create a more advanced
search using hashtags or connectors such as AND, OR, NOT, etc.
In this step, select the method by which you wish to receive results. If you have not yet set up the service, you will be prompted to do so.
Depending on your search, you may wish to receive a
daily or weekly email digest of all the relevant tweets.
Use Complete Action fields to customize the email you receive.
Click on Add Ingredient to select IFTTT fields to include
in the email

By changing the subject to “Health Care Reform on Twitter” and adding the Text
to the body of the email, I can now easily find all of the related emails in my Inbox
and have the information I need to determine whether a tweet will be useful
a useful lead for my research.
As a final step, review your applet.
This is the title of your applet—not easy to
understand. Select the text to change it.
By using a title that is meaningful, one can later identify the applet and delete it when it stops being relevant.
Don’t forget to click “Finish” to save the applet!
