DESCRIPTION
Agreement between MCPS (Larry Bowers) and the USGA for rental of several school parking lots at a fee of $11,000 for the US Open Golf Tournament. Agreement includes statement indicating that the funds will be sent to the MCPS Educational Foundation. Neither the Montgomery County government nor the Board of Education approved the contract or approved conversion of the $11,000 into the MCPS Educational Foundation fund (which is run by Larry Bowers).TRANSCRIPT
