Create a drawingboard file with ebs format.Open the file with EbS format that user have saved, and on thisbasis user canedit it.

User can save the file tobe ebs,pdf or ppt format file.

User can save the file as EbS, pdf or ppt format file with differentlocation or name.

Copy the selected stroke,picture or text on drawing board.Cut the written stroke,picture on drawing board.Print the content on drawingboard.

User can capturepartial region contentbypulling on the drawingboard (Prompt: It canbe saved first.)

: Previewprint content.

: Export picture file with bmp, png, gif, isf and xps format; ExportMicrosoft Office PPT file, Word File or Excel file; Export PDF file, HTML file;Achieve conversionsbetween various format files.

: User can send current written contents in EBS format, PPTformat or PDF format file as attachment. (Please pre-set e-mail account inOutlook Express)

Users can choose different versions according to their actual needs.

User can select commonly used menus according to requirements;User can add more users and can make conversion between different users,

meanwhile user can edit users functionbar options, and can delete users whennot in use; to be used with user management as shown below:

When use need to exit drawing board software system, please clickExitIt will prompt whether you want to save the content on drawing

board, and you can choose to save it or not according to actual needs.

: User can re-create whitepage,blackpage and desktoppage andimagebackgroundpage to freely write and draw; desktop annotationpage refersto take current computer screen page as background and directly write andannotate, so as to achieve switchesbetween writing and mouse operation. On thesamepage, user can not only operate computer,but also can write.

User can undo all kinds of strokes on currentpage; It isa returned action with undo. User canbrowse and insert general format

picture, audio, video and other resources.

User can enter standard fonts or change color of Fonts on the writingboard with text box.

: This function allows audience to focus on apartialContent but cover the other contents.

User can zoom in or zoom out the content ondrawing board.

Insert Shape:- User can select line, rectangle, circle, triangle,parallelogram,pengagon, rectangular coordinate system todraw shapes; User can also copy selected shapes, change itscolor and calculate it.

User can freely choose plane geometric shapes or combination graphs to

change their color, calculate their size.If you choose solid figure, you can choose different colorsand freely insert

pictures; Click rotation, user can achieve dynamic effects.

User can choose to erase strokes, shapes, inserted pictures and clear all.

Erase all handwritings and geometric shapesby stroke.Erase all handwritingsbypoint.Erase importedpictures, courseware resources, videos, audios and textby

picture eraser.Clear all means clear all contents on current page.

User can freely choose

Whiteorblackbackground. User also can usepictures withpng,bmp,jpg and gif

formats choose from computer and drawing board as background, or use the

screen background of current computer desktop; User can change the color of

background; User can quickly choose different texture lines, such as Tina , Ping,

Letter Paper, etc.

Click thisbutton can switch to computer desktop, it switches todrawing board interfaceby clicking it again.

Its suitable for fast writing on singlepage or multiplepages; After clicking this menu, it can switch to free writing or drawing mode,click it again it can switch to former menu mode; Meanwhile, user can freelymove the menuby clicking surrounding of the menu.

User can enter standard words or textcontent on writingboard through textbox; User can edit textby using of screenkeyboard, also can insert words or textby using Handwriting Recognitionfunction.

User can easily browse default pictures and video, audio in computer.

User can import the selected picture to drawing board, and the pictures should be bmp,jpg, png or gif formats; meanwhile user can edit it by using of cut, copy and delete.User can play audios with mp3, wma, mid or wav formats while using drawing board.User can play videos with wmv, avid, as or mpg formats. (Remark: In window mode,our can directly drag picture, video or audio files to the drawing board to insert or playthem.

User can use 30-60triangle and 45-45triangle, and thereis

adjustablebutton for user using. Click the above scaleline or stretch along the scale line; user can copy the selected triangle, change itscolor and calculate it.

It is a tool to be used for measuring length; user can freely move ruler byclicking it and the right line is used to adjust ruler length; User Operation Buttons havesame operations as above.

It is a tool tobe used for measuring angle;before using, if you click itonce you can draw angle, sector and arc (If operate on computer desktop, right key stayfor 0.5 second); User Operation Buttons have same operations as above.

User can display local region with spotlight. User can freely adjust the spotlightregion size, adjust the brightness of surrounding, click Close button and user can exitspotlight

User can freely adjust the size of whole image to display or shelter.User can play the files that recorded with drawing board screen; while

playing a file, user can also freely write and annotate in the playing window; Button functionsare as following table(Remark: media player should be media player10 or higher version)

Intercept currenttarget area on computer desktop andpaste it

to the writing interface. Full Screen is to intercept full screen,Region is to intercept square area dragged by mouse andpaste it tocurrent writing interface of drawing board; When not in need, pleaseclick Click.

User can playback the operating process of writing or picture oncurrent drawingboard; user also can adjustplaying speed.

User can open Microsoftpower point slides, add words and graphics;

Detailed operations are as following:Click SlidePage Navigation and it willpops up buttons

ClickGetup or Get down to get slide, meanwhile user can add words orgraphics on current slide; Click embed then user can add words or graphics into

Microsoftpower point slides.

User can add Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel files intodrawingboard, and add words or graphics on the files as shown inthe figure.

12. User can call screen keyboard so as to entertext font. Ifuser wants to change language, please first click Shift, then click Ctrl to

change language.(Remark: click to open or close number key.

User opens calculator and it will float in the drawingboard, then user can easily make mathematical operation to getsome needed numbers.

15. Click screen recorder then user can record operatingprocess and steps of currentpage; Greenbutton is to start recording, Redbuttonis to stop record and save it as video file with .avi format, Black button is toopen and play the saved video file.

User can choose multi-language settings (It shows corresponding language when user

opens the drawing board once again); handwriting repair opened or closed to makesystem settings; Open, zoom in or zoom out handwriting recognition; User can alsoenter words into text box, save files or choose whether to open soft keyboard or notwhile using the drawingboard according to actual needs.
